Experience
Experience at The Mug exists to lead our high school and middle school students at Knollwood Church and our community into a real relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to help you find God’s perfect will for your life so you can unlock the potential that He has placed inside you. Jesus has called you by name and is familiar with your faults, yet He still loves you! He wants a relationship with you so He can be actively involved in your life through the power of the Holy Spirit. He will make Himself real to you if you allow Him the chance.
During these meetings, students ages 6th through 12th grade experience real community, powerful worship, and relevant teaching. In addition to our weekly worship experiences, The Mug has opportunities for students to grow in their walk with God and live out their faith. Junior High/High School Ministries: The Experience youth service takes place every Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at The Mug (5817 Grelot Road next to the church). Wednesday night service is a great time to connect with other teenagers, while at the same time experience God in worship. Uniformity is maintained within the student ministry with each exciting series, as each challenging message is relevant to today’s high school student.
Every Friday night at the Mug: small groups from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.

March 2nd Convention Information
Be AT the MUG no later than 12:00 p.m. so we can pack the bus!
Things to bring
- Bible & life Journal
- ONE small packed bag per person (girls can bring a purse also)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, paste, deodorant)
- Change of clothes x2
- Bible, pen and notebook
- Sleep clothes
- Bathing suite (girls one piece/modest tankini or a tshirt to go over a 2 piece)
- Money for food (enough for 4 meals)
- Money for extras (snacks, souvenirs, Wharf activities)
- Snacks
- Eat lunch before you come to the MUG

We were just informed yesterday that the businesses at the Wharf are offering a “FUN PASS” to the students who are attending convention. This pass is $30.00 and includes all three activities at the ARENA, a Ferris wheel ride, one small Dippn Dots ice cream, a movie, popcorn and soda, and 15% off the entire Sugar Shack store. The ARENA has also given us a group rate of $18 person. I’m sure some students will do either one of these deals and yet others will do neither. These are both optional but we would like to make it available to those students who would like to participate. Some of the prices are dramatically reduced in the Fun Pass, for example the Ferris wheel is normally $4, Dippn Dots is usually $4, and The Arena is normally $18-$20 and movies are very pricey, so if your child was looking forward to doing any or all of these then the FUN PASS may be the way to go! Please do not feel obligated to purchase either of these, there will be plenty of fun for your child to participate in during the 2 days.
