Youth age 6-12
Sundays…KIDSChurch, immediately following family worship in the sanctuary, kids are dismissed to have their own church service that’s way more fun that “big Church”! At KIDSChurch there are kid’s songs, games puppets, video lessons, illustrated sermons, on-screen life stories, characters and more. Our approach has been to harness the power of multi-media and use ten different vehicles for teaching. The lessons keep moving so the kids don’t have a chance to get bored.
Wednesdays….TEAMKid. Immediately following the 246 family meal; kids get to attend a high energy Bible study in our GYM. The music is louder, the games are bigger but then kids get together in small groups and enjoy learning from God’s word in a small group setting. We have seen kids learn how to be transparent before each other. This is crucial in forming the character of encouragement, help and prayer for others in need. We think this is the true meaning of TEAM.
Preschool
Sunday School: Sundays for pre-schoolers are always an adventure. Our teachers seem to have a way of bringing to Life the Bible stories and all of its characters. They teach using the Gospel Publishing House curriculum that aims for “the whole counsel of God”. Over the course of the year the kids will learn 50 vital lessons of the Gospel and how God’s word tells of the Jesus in every book of the scriptures. Ages 3,4 and 5.
Preschool KIDSChurch: Who ever knew that learning could be so fun? Janet McLean and her team of dedicated parents offer a complete worship experience complete with Praise, puppets, Bible stories, games, small groups and prayer. One of the most important things about pre-schoolers is that they should look forward to coming to church. When church is the highlight of a Child’s week, Jesus is better received and understood. Great Job teachers!
Wednesdays: Kids age 3, 4 and 5 all have a place at our TEAMKID service in the GYM. What’s beautiful about this event is that every group is filled with kids their own age.
Nursery
Babyland Director: Paige Price. Our Nursery provides loving nurture from Cradle age to 2 yrs old. Our Joyland Daycare has been recently remodeled to provide warm, peaceful environment in which babies thrive on. Through a partnership of paid professional child-care givers and loving parents we care for all of our little ones.
