Aaron Früh is the senior pastor of Knollwood Church. His wife, Sharon, along with two of their four children live in Mobile. Pastor Aaron was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area. He earned a M.A. in educational ministries from Wheaton College and received his bachelor’s degree from Bethany University, Santa Cruz, CA.He has authored three books: The Decree of Esther, The Forgotten Blessing, and his most recent, Two Minute Warning, he coauthored with Coach Bill McCartney of Promise Keepers. Aaron is a featured speaker at Promise Keepers Conferences and is a regular guest on the Crane Durham show on American Family Radio on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. |

Jim Cornelson Administrator

Jim Cornelson has been the Church Administrator since 2000. He and his wife, Sally, have been married for 34 years and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Before accepting the position with the church, Jim worked as a multi-store Area Supervisor for Jim Barnes Enterprises, dba McDonald’s Restaurants. When he’s not at the church you will often see him at the Farmer’s Market at Bienville Square selling his homegrown herbs. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities. |

Jeff Reinert Creative Arts Ministry

Jeff grew up in Dodge City, Kansas. Music has been a mainstay in Jeff’s life since his elementary years. He played in various bands through the years until God saved him and set his true path in motion in 1984. At that time, while playing and writing music in Southern California, he met his future wife, Beth, who is from Mobile, Alabama. At God’s leading they moved to Mobile for music ministry. Interestingly, their first landing for ministry was Knollwood Church. Since then Jeff has led worship in many churches in the community. He also works for the United States District Court as Chief Deputy. His desire is to serve God, his family, and his fellow brothers and sisters. Jeff and Beth have two wonderful boys, Ivory and Simon, and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Meghan. |

Pastor Jake Madden Director of Student Ministries
|
Pastors Jake & Shauna joined the pastoral team in August of 2010, primarily focusing on middle school, high school, and college age ministries. His passion is to see students take ownership of their faith by cultivating a vibrant and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He deeply believes in the priesthood of all believers (1 Peter 2:9) and desires to equip and send students into the mission field that God has placed them (their families, schools, workplace, and community). His philosophy of ministry is relational in nature, always striving for unity and growing in love. Jake and Shauna (married since 1999) have been blessed with two beautiful daughters (Hali and Sophia) and one handsome son (Caleb). The Madden’s are natives to Washington, D.C., and are diehard Redskin fans. GO SKINS! Jake has studied at Valley Forge Christian College (BA Pastoral Ministry) and Regent University (MA Practical Theology). The Maddens have served in youth ministry in Philadelphia for five years prior to moving to Mobile. |

Paula Casallo Director of Children’s Ministry
|
Paula Casallo is the Director of the Children’s Ministry at Knollwood Church. She has been involved in children’s ministry for 12 plus years. Her heart is to see children fall in love with Jesus at a young age. Prior to taking this position, she served as KCS School Librarian for 4 years and Pastor Fruh’s Secretary for 3 years. She and her husband, Michael, have been married for 12+ years and have 2 children Nate 7 and Mackenzie 5. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and hanging out with her family. She loves McDonald’s coffee, anything with owls on it, and listening to Christmas music year round. |

Sandy Williams Her Ministries

Sandy Williams is the head of the women’s ministries at Knollwood Church. She has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee. She and her husband, Scott, live in Mobile with their 3 sons ages 12, 14, and 15. Sandy loves to cook. As a child , she danced in the Tennessee Festival Ballet. |

Jennifer Dierking Administrative Assistant

Jennifer is an Administrative Assistant for Knollwood Church. She is also the Meals Ministry Coordinator. Jennifer is a writer and an editor. In her spare time she is a devoted Food Network fan. She and her husband, Kerry, are parents of 3 incredible sons, and 1 daughter in law. |

Dararith Kuy Properties Director

Dararith and his wife, Lydia, have been a part of Knollwood since they were young. Knollwood was where they met and were married many years later. Dararith is the Properties Director and enjoys working with his hands. In his spare time, he enjoys building competition grade model airplanes. Dararith and Lydia are native to Mobile and have three children. |

Scott Williams KCS Headmaster

Scott Williams is the Headmaster at Knollwood Christian School. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and a MTS at Springhill College. When he’s not on the church grounds you can usually find Scott golfing or fishing. He is a devoted Alabama fan (not Auburn) and patterns his life with this verse, Phil 3:10. He and his wife, Sandy, have 3 boys and have been a part of Knollwood Church for 15 years. |

Sally Cornleson Joyland Director

Sally Cornelson is the Director of Joyland Daycare, a ministry of Knollwood Church. Prior to taking this position she taught K5 at Knollwood Christian School for 9 1/2 years. She enjoys growing herbs with her husband, cooking with her girls, and listening to her son’s latest adventures. She and her husband, Jim, have been married for 34 years and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.”My greatest enjoyment is spending time with my family.” |

Kerry Dierking Personal Asst. to Pastor Fruh / Media & Communications

Kerry Dierking has been active in ministry over the last 15 years. He has spent most of his time producing and marketing specialty projects for corporations and ministries. He has produced product for organizations such as: Curves International, American Family Association and American Family Radio, Partners for Christian Radio, Evergreen Press, The Visual Bible, Mediak, Musicianaries International, Mighty Horn Records, Phil Driscoll Music Group, et al. |
